Shipping Information

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers, including USPS, Ontrac, Yun Express, Yanwen Express, SDH Express, and others, to ensure timely delivery. The carrier is selected based on your delivery location and product type. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests to change carriers.

Shipping Destinations

We offer worldwide shipping, excluding APO/FPO and PO Box addresses.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the number of items ordered:

  • Standard rate: $5.99 for the first item
  • Additional items: $1.99 per item

Order Processing and Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are 12-17 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary due to holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.

Tracking Your Order

  • Guest users must use the tracking link provided in the email.

Common Shipping Issues

Lost or Missing Orders

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Submit a claim within 4 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will verify the shipping address and assist in locating the package. If necessary, we will reprint and ship your order at no additional cost.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but it hasn’t arrived:

  • Check with neighbors or around your property.
  • Contact the shipping carrier for delivery details.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If the shipping address was incorrect:

  • Returned packages can be reshipped for a fee:
    • U.S. addresses: $7 per item
    • International addresses: $10 per item

If the package isn’t returned to us, a new order will be required.

Returned to Sender

Packages returned due to an undeliverable address, customs issues, or refusal by the recipient will incur a re-shipping fee.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
