At Soacime, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, we offer the following conditions to assist you:

1. Modifying or Cancelling Your Order

  • You may modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
  • After 12 hours, your order will be processed, and no modifications or cancellations will be possible as it will be sent to our carrier for delivery.

2. How to Modify or Cancel Your Order

To request an order modification or cancellation, please follow these steps:

  1. Gather the necessary information:
    • Order Email
    • Order Number (provided in your order confirmation email)
    • Specific Request for modifying or cancelling the order
  2. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number]
  3. Our customer service team will respond with approval or denial of your request within 1 business day.

3. Refunds for Cancelled or Modified Orders

  • Once your request is approved, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
  • The refund will be for the cancelled order value or the reduced value of the modified order, depending on the nature of the change.
